Deep Listening: Real Relational Repair
On this auspicious day we find ourselves intersected by two hard, holy occasions: Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement, and Indigenous People’s Day, a time to reflect on the living legacy of the native people of the continent. As we roll past the one year mark of the October 7th attack on Israel, reckoning with all the senseless devastation both historic and modern, abroad and at home, one may wonder how reconciliation and forgiveness can ever really happen. May it begin by listening deeply. May it begin in relationship.
All are called and welcome to join us Sunday morning as we consider the gravity of these days in relation to our times as we seek a faith that leads us to better discern the call of Love.
