We are planning activities for connection! Saturday, July 26th we will be watching Buddies. We will gather at 6:30, the movie will start at 7. The film follows a New York City gay man, becoming a “buddy” or volunteer bedside companion to another gay man dying of AIDS, and the friendship that develops. This 1985 flim, from pioneer of gay cinema Arthur J. Bressan, Jr., is the first narrative film about the AIDS pandemic.
