One half of Second Unitarian’s offering received in May will go to Whispering Roots. Whispering Roots provides fresh, locally grown, food for socially and economically disadvantaged communities. In addition, their cutting-edge school programs teach science, technology, engineering and math by using “Hands On” experiential learning.
