- Proposed Bylaw revisions regarding the endowment fund
- Leadership positions
- Social Justice will briefly present UUA Congregational Study Action Issues for 2U members to weigh in on. Our delegates will be voting for one of the following: Fat Liberation: building justice and inclusion for larger bodies; Abolition is Faith Formation: helping prisoners receive UU theology and dismantling private prisons; Housing: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We must have a quorum of 35% of the eligible membership present at the annual meeting in order for voting to proceed. Eligible voters are those who have been members for 60 days or longer and have made a recorded financial contribution this fiscal year (since July 1, 2024.) ALL members are welcome to attend the Annual Meeting regardless of voting status. If you have questions, please contact board chair Anita Jeck.
Voting occurs online following the meeting. Ballots will be emailed to those present after the meeting is concluded, to be returned by 5 p.m. that day. Absentee ballots may be requested by contacting board co-secretaries Vicki & Rachel. Note that if a motion is amended during the meeting, the absentee ballot for that motion is void. Absentee ballots do not count toward a quorum.
