We declare that every person is inherently worthy and has the right to flourish with dignity, love, and compassion.

So it is written in the values of our Living Tradition under the item of Equity; a theological position from which a clear mandate emerges, that we reckon with one another as being unconditionally possessed of worth, dignity, and the spark of Love that transcends all lines of difference. This Sunday, let us explore how we can live such a value in our daily lives and consider what it means to be a people who value fairness and equity in the face of forces which attempt to steer us otherwise.
