Here is a wonderful antidote to holiday stress: meditation. Drop in on the Meditation Group at our upcoming meetings, and we will share our knowledge and offer support and encouragement. At our meetings, we talk about and practice the skills of meditation. Meditation is a practice that can be easily learned by anyone and is very helpful in dealing with stress, negative emotions, and an over-active mind.
Meetings start at 8 p.m. in the sanctuary. No previous meditation experience is needed. Upcoming meetings will be on November 15th and December 20th.
