Ecotheology: Your Animal Heart

We understand Interdependence as the art of honoring the interdependent web of all existence, acknowledging our place in it with humility, and covenanting to protect Earth and all beings. It is a value that calls us to a spiritual depth rooted at once in intuition and reason, all the while leading us to labor for the emancipation of the planet and it’s children. It also calls us to humility; reckoning with our reality as momentary caretakers in a family of kindred, a disposition revealing yet more spiritual depth in our interrelatedness to all things.

This Sunday, let us consider our animal hearts and the living connection we share with all more-than-human-beings.

Members are encouraged to stick around for an important congregational meeting and a lunch with musical accompaniment after the service!
