As “authors” of our lives, we may not be inclined to consider the epilogue of our own life story, but doing so can be a profoundly spiritual undertaking. For those who are so inclined, we now have on our Second Unitarian website a set of planning questions to help document anything you may wish to archive for use at your own Celebration of Life memorial service. Whether you desire to script much of the service or just suggest a favorite reading or song, you may use this planning tool to document your wishes, which of course you can change at any time. Links to helpful resources are included. You are encouraged to share a copy with loved ones and/or send a copy of your wishes to the church office for safekeeping until it is needed. Anyone who wishes to use it is welcome to do so!
