This is the annual congregational meeting of Second Unitarian Church to vote on proposed bylaw changes, operating budget, endowment fund distribution, nominations to the Board of Trustees, Stewardship, Nominations & Leadership Development, and delegates to the UUA General Assembly. ZOOM Link
We require a quorum of 35% of eligible voters in attendance (in-person and Zoom) for voting to proceed. An eligible voter is one who has been a member for at least 60 days and has made a recordable contribution within the past year.
Voting will occur online and ballots will be sent out immediately following the meeting, due at 5 p.m. that day. Please notify Board of Trustees Secretary, Molly Kliment-Jenkins, if you require an absentee ballot.
