Welcoming Congregation dinner, movie, and discussion

Friday, February 17th, 6 pm at Second Unitarian (3012 S 119 Street)

This event is one of a series of activities that our congregations will be offering as we pursue the renewal of our Welcoming Congregation certification. Being welcoming means striving for radical inclusion and creating spaces that honor every part of our identities, backgrounds, and experiences.

On February 17th, the Welcoming Congregation host committee will provide a dinner at 6 pm for participants followed by the movie, Pay It No Mind: Marsha P. Johnson. After the movie, there will be a facilitated discussion about the impact made by this revolutionary trans activist.

Participants are asked to register here to so that we can plan for food and the room setup. For questions, contact Cheri Cody or Carol Ramsey
