After spending the past several months collecting your thoughts and ideas, the Board and the Nominations and Leadership team have nearly concluded our process to define the Meaning and Purpose of our church and developing an achievable plan. The plan contains the five themes of Connection, Living our Values, Organizational Structure, Religious Education and Ministry, discerned from YOUR input. We found so much potential in our congregation, in what we are doing now, what we want to continue, and what we can do as we transform. Our plan will show how the themes are so interconnected in all that we do. We will be providing communication in various forms in the coming weeks. We are then combining with the ReVision team to communicate all our findings and plans at three Sunday services in April and May.
