As we have been communicating, the Board and Nominations and Leadership have been collecting your thoughts and ideas on the Meaning and Purpose of our church. Many of you have participated in small group discussions, town halls, completed our survey, and we have followed up with some who we had not heard from with a phone conversation. We have communicated what we see as five themes that have been discerned from your current input:

Connection, Living our Values, Organizational Structure, Religious Education and Ministry.

For our Next Step, the Board and Nominations and Leadership Development are now meeting to determine what our Meaning and Purpose is from all of your valuable input and to develop an achievable plan. This plan will be communicated to all of you in various formats as each of YOU will be an integral part, ensuring success for our journey ahead.
