Faith Connections – June 13th First Hour

Sunday June 13th First Hour 9:00 am

Does the future of our country look dark? “What if this darkness is not the darkness of the tomb but the darkness of the womb?” Valarie Kaur asks this question and gives us reasons to feel brave, inspired and committed to “breathe and push” for transformation. She is a civil rights activist, lawyer, filmmaker, innovator, founder of the Revolutionary Love Project and author of the book See No Stranger: A Memoir and Manifesto of Revolutionary Love. She has won national acclaim for her work in social justice.

Join us June 13th on Zoom, 9:00 A.M., for Valerie Kaur’s passion-filled TED Talk, followed by discussion related to her message and her belief that we can birth a world where all of us can flourish.
