It has once again been an excruciating year for refugees in our community and beyond. As such, our Religious Education Program will partner with Omaha’s own Refugee Empowerment Center located at 36th and Dodge for this year’s Giving Tree Project. We will gather gifts and resources for this non-profit and help them distribute the items to their families. Look for the tree in the church lobby the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Thank you for helping our children and youth experience what it means to serve through social action.
