Tuesday, February 28th at 7 p.m. The Caring Committee will present a program on “Dealing with Addiction” in the sanctuary. Whether or not you personally know someone who is struggling with addiction, this presentation promises to be informative and engrossing. The speaker, Bruce Hugunin, Executive Director of A Better Way Therapy, hails from Minnesota. Mr. Hugunin has degrees from Buena Vista University and University of Kansas. He has held positions with Boystown and Alegent Health Services. Following a presentation on identifying causes of addiction and the providing of optimal and non-judgmental services for the addicted individual, there will be a question and answer period. Refreshments will be provided and childcare will be available.
