One of our faith’s most extraordinary preachers, The Rev. John Crestwell, is visiting from Annapolis, MD where he serves as the Associate Minister of Outreach and Evangelism.   Rev. Crestwell has written two books and contributed chapters in several others and served as the parish minister at a Maryland congregation, helping them become an intentionally diverse congregation.  He’s also led worship services all over the country, including being the worship leader and preacher for the main worship service at the national gathering of Unitarian Universalists, in 2012.  His vision of our faith, and how we can take that faith and live it on a daily basis, are key parts of his ministry and key parts of what our congregation is undertaking as its work in the coming years – so this is the perfect speaker for us at this time in our history.
