Leaders of Omaha Together One Community (OTOC) will hold a morning of workshops, discussion and planning for action on issues affecting Omaha families. Come to the OTOC Issues Conference on Saturday, February 22, from 9:00 a.m. to noon at Augustana Lutheran Church, 3647 Lafayette Ave. Learn about proposed bills to change Nebraska income tax and expand health insurance for low income families; improving availability of mental health care, housing, workforce development and public education.
