Please join the LGBTQ Welcoming Congregation Committee for our annual fundraiser for the Nebraska AIDS Project (NAP). It will be a party at the home of Dan and Ferial Pearson, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 7.
We will have hearty appetizers, wine, and dessert. Free-will donations to NAP will be gratefully accepted.
For those who would also like to attend the Night of a Thousand Stars Gala at the Mastercraft Building, 1111 N. 13th Street in Omaha, tickets will be $60, and the event will include dancing, dessert, and a silent auction. The Gala will be held from 9 p.m. to midnight, following the party at the Pearson’s home. Please check your church directory or contact Ferial for the address of the Pearson’s home.
All proceeds from this event will support the education, outreach, and client services programs at Nebraska AIDS Project. Nebraska AIDS Project leads the community in the fight to overcome HIV/AIDS and its stigma through education, supportive services, and advocacy.
