Rank the Vote Nebraska is a non-partisan group of Nebraska voters working to bring Ranked Choice Voting to the Cornhusker state. Our mission is to educate Nebraskans on the advantages of ranked choice voting. Currently in use in Maine, New York, Alaska, and even by the UUA, ranked choice voting, or RCV, allows you to rank the candidates in the order of your preference. The winner must receive 50% + 1 or better of the votes, ensuring our elected officials have the support of the majority of their constituents, thus leading to higher voter satisfaction and confidence.
