The agenda for the Annual Meeting:
- This is the time for electing members of the Board of Trustees
- For electing new members of the Endowment Committee and Nominations and Leadership Development Committees.
- We will also elect our delegates to the General Assembly.
- We also adopt a budget at the annual meeting.
A quorum of 35% of our eligible voting membership is needed for the Annual Meeting. (That is 40 voting members).
If you know IN ADVANCE that you cannot attend the Annual Meeting, the by-laws allow you to request an absentee ballot. This does not count toward quorum and is not valid if a motion is amended during the meeting. Request the absentee ballot from Carol Johnson, Secretary before 5 p.m. Sunday, June 14th.
