On November 8, 2016 Nebraskans will vote on the death penalty issue.  A vote to RETAIN will eliminate the death penalty and replace it with mandatory life in prison. A vote to REPEAL will keep the death penalty.  To replace the death penalty with life in prison without possibility of parole, vote to RETAIN LB 268.
