Join us Sunday, October 13, as a part of our National Coming Out Day observances, as the LGBTQ Welcoming Congregation Committee is bringing the Pride Players to Second Unitarian Church.
The National Education Association recently awarded the Pride Players the Virginia Uribe Award for Creative Leadership in Human and Civil Rights. The group uses improvisation to create songs, poetry, monologues, and skits that explore what it means to be a gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, or straight-allied teen in Omaha.
Please join us for a potluck at 6:30 p.m., the performance at 7:00, and a talkback session, and some theater games until 8:30.
