Every month Second Unitarian donates half of our offering to a local non-profit. Our Social Justice program is the recipient of our Share the Plate for January and February 2024.

Since 2011, this congregation has given half of our weekly offering to an organization that is working to make a better Omaha community. To help balance this year’s budget, our church members approved that two months of Share the Plate would be kept in-house. This helped with funding the budget in challenging times and it also recognizes the nearly 30 years of work the social justice committee has accomplished throughout the metro area and beyond
