One half of Second Unitarian’s offering received in March will go to the St. Augustine Indian Mission.
The St. Augustine Indian Mission and School in Winnebago, NE, has served the Native American people since 1909. The Mission teaches traditional Native American culture and language, along with a solid core of academic basics, to over 125 kindergarten thru eighth grade students from the Omaha and Winnebago Indian Reservations. The Mission celebrates and embraces culturally enriching programs and prepares students for a lifetime of inquiry and success.
