One half of the offering received during May will go to the residents of Thurman, Iowa, who experienced a major tornado in mid-April and have pulled together as a community to rebuild.  Our donation will be sent to the First State Bank of Tabor, designated to the victim’s fund that has been established for the people who live there.  One day we will all be in need of something – and so we hope to give to others in their times of need.  To nominate an organization for our Share the Plate program, visit the church website or contact the Social Justice Coordinating Council or Rev.
