*Building Entry Stipulations

  • Do not come to the church if you are feeling ill or have a fever or other Covid symptoms.
  • When worship services begin, registration will be required. Please use the Signup Genius system to register for a specific Sunday. Your name must be on the registration list to be admitted for worship. Worship services will be limited to 25 people in the building. When RE resumes, families with children will be given preferential opportunity to register on RE Sundays. Sanctuary Chairs will be arranged in 5 rows by 5 columns. Members of the same household may group their chairs together. Please maintain 3 feet of social distancing. Do not violate anyone’s personal space, even briefly, without their verbal consent. We are not permitting live singing or congregational singing at this time. There will be no coffee hour after the service – please exit the building at the conclusion of the service. If you choose to chat with others in the parking lot, that is at your own discretion. The HVAC and fans should be run while people are in the building.
  • Vesper services are on hold until at least September.
  • Please email the office and advise them you will be coming, so as not to exceed the maximum persons in the building limitation.
  • Volunteers and contractors who are working in the building should not exceed more than 25 people. They should employ reasonable social distancing (not be all working in the same area of the building).
  • Wear masks that cover both your mouth & nose. People on ladders do not need to wear masks. People presenting at meetings or worship services do not need to wear masks while they are speaking. Please replace your mask when finished speaking. Per the UUA guidelines, we are continuing to mandate mask usage until such time as we can come together as a community of faith and discuss how we all feel about ending mask usage.
**Religious Education Stipulations
  • Do not come on the church property if you are feeling ill or have a fever or other Covid symptoms.
  • Please email the DRE and advise them you will be coming.
  • Movie night may be held in the sanctuary.
  • Masks must be worn at all times.
  • Maintain good social distancing (3 feet) before, during, and after the event.
  • Please remember to lock the building at the conclusion of the event.
***Music Production Stipulations
  • Do not come to the church if you are feeling ill or have a fever or other Covid symptoms.
  • Please email the office and advise them you will be coming, so as not to exceed the maximum persons in the building limitation.
  • Volunteers (Singers, Musicians, and Technicians) who are working in the building should not exceed more than 10 people at any given time. They should employ reasonable social distancing.
  • Wear masks that cover both your mouth & nose. Singers do not need to wear masks while actually performing. Unmasked singers should be soloists, or members of the same household.
  • Ventilation: Ordinarily we would want the windows open, if weather permits, but obviously that may be less desirable due to street noise if microphones are in use. Please experiment with opening at least a few windows. Ceiling fans are recommended but per CDC guidelines they should be set to the mode of pulling air upward as opposed to pushing it down, and should be at the slowest speed setting.
