November 18th at 6 p.m. we will hold our long standing tradition to share a Thanksgiving dinner together.

Turkey and beverages are provided. Please bring a side dish, salad, vegetables, or dessert to serve 10 – 12 people, if you can.

Join us for First Hour at 9 a.m. on November 12th. We will hear from a representative from the Siena Francis House, our November and December Share the Plate partner.

At the Unitarian Universalist General Assembly in June our delegates voted to accept “Stop Cop City” as an Action of Immediate Witness. ACIWs are issues that are so critical that they skip the regular process of two years of study in congregations before a vote.

If you are planning to contribute to KIOS, you may do so through Second Unitarian. We will bundle all KIOS donations and purchase ad spots for our church. Last year we were able to purchase ads on “All Things Considered” for 52 weeks!

Condolences go out to the family and friends of Jack Frost, who passed October 20th. A memorial service will be held at Second Unitarian on November 1st at 10 a.m.
