On Sunday, November 4th, at our Special Congregational Meeting, members voted overwhelmingly to move ahead with the NUU Way Capital Campaign and also to seek outside funding – both needed to fund the building project. This represents an incredibly huge step forward in the life of the congregation, which has struggled for so many years to “do something” about the building! The Capital Campaign question received unanimous support from those present and those voting absentee. The Outside Funding question received unanimous support from those present and all but one of the absentee ballots, which was an abstention. This coming Sunday, November 11, we will have our kickoff celebration for the NUU Way campaign right after worship. Please come, eat and enjoy fellowship with one another!
